Hokubei Jiji

[The North American Times], (Seattle, WA)

Hokubei Jiji Masthead

Hokubei Jiji, established in 1902 in opposition to Shin Nippon, which was published by the Japanese Associations (Nihonjinkai), became one of the most influential newspapers in the Japanese community in Seattle. Many issues, however, have yet to be located.
