Hawaii Herald
Hawaii Herald
Hawaii Herald, (Honolulu, HI)
The Hawaii Hōchi was temporarily renamed to Hawaii Herald in 1942 amid growing anti-Japanese sentiment during World War II. After changing the title to the Hawaii Hōchi in 1952, in 1969 the publisher restarted the Hawaii Herald as an English-language newspaper that would serve the Japanese American community.
